Refund policy
At Aarfa Creations, we want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Return & Exchange Policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, dislike of design/color, or after the outfit has been worn, altered, or washed.

Custom-made, tailored, or altered outfits (such as bridal lehengas or personalized gowns) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if defective/damaged).

Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the item was defective or wrong).
3. Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve the exchange.

Exchanges can be made for size, color, or another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
4. Refunds

We currently offer store credit or exchange only—no direct refunds.

In case of a defective or wrongly delivered product, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Aarfa Creations will bear the return shipping cost.
6. In-Store Returns
-
Products purchased online can also be exchanged at our Delhi store, provided they meet the above conditions.
